The Midnight Death Curse by Hannah

The clock struck midnight and in the distance I saw a mansion that was spooky and mysterious. I started walking like there was nothing to fear until I saw a figure just standing there on the right. I tried avoiding it but a pair of yellow eyes snuck behind a tree on the left.

Then, when I looked back at the figure, he was GONE! “He was there a second ago!” I thought to myself. I quickly turned my phone off and ran into the house in fear and then turned my phone back on.

“Spooky place huh? It’s not so bad in here.” I told myself. I suddenly heard a clutter from the kitchen or what sounded like it.

I went into the kitchen and a bunch of knives were scattered on the floor. “OK?” I thought. I quickly grabbed a knife from a cabinet. I was going to turn around but a voice yelled inside my head “DON’T TURN AROUND!” I listened to it. I ran to the upstairs window and outside was the figure. He ran into the house; as soon as he was in I jumped out the window and ducked behind a tree. “Well, well who do we have here?” The figure and I met eyes for the first time. “Why would somebody like you trespass in my forest?” he asked.

“Get AWAY from me creep!” I kicked him away but he sliced my cheek in the process. “I am out of here!” I dropped the knife and ran! Before I knew it the time curse on my town was broken and I was back in town. I ran into my house and locked the door. I ran upstairs and the figure was there! “How are you here?” I yelled! Before I could escape he grabbed my wrist and …

The Curse of the Clown by Athulyah

I was in a forest filled with dead trees and ghostly howls filled the air. There was an old train track that lead to an eerie train station. One single light was switched on. As I crept through the eerie, misty forest, I saw a bright light emerge from a dusty window. There were shattered pieces of glass everywhere; a knife lay scattered with red, wet blood.

“Where am I? How did I find myself here?” I thought. Suddenly, a tree fell and a dark figure slid through trees and he was gone. Snap! I turned to my left, nobody, to my right, nothing. Behind me was a figure creeping through the mist. I was terrified; I couldn’t bear to scream.

“Who…is…this? “I murmured

“Only I!” barked the figure with a grin approaching his face. “I won’t hurt you!” and he was gone.

It was about 3am, (the devils hour) when suddenly a clown appeared behind me.

“Boo!” shouted the clown.

“Amah!” I screamed, running through the misty forest, sliding through trees. I could see lights.  “Run, run as fast as you can “I thought. It was like being trapped in my worst nightmare.

The Curse of Blood by Paige

The Curse Of Blood

I heard a snap; I sharply twisted around but there was only mist. I noticed something in the distance though. It was a man. He was as still as a statue, staring at me, as if I was a zombie ready to eat brains. I looked around to see if there was anyone else but there wasn’t. I walked around slowly looking for that man but then I heard a ghostly scream and imagined the worst…. There in the distance I could just make out an old mansion with a light peeking through the top window so I stumbled over there so I could get some shelter. I reached the house but there was something odd in the window. In the cracked window of the disturbing house was a blood covered man!

I stepped back but I tripped and fell flat on my face. At this point I couldn’t get up or even think about what happened. My head was going crazy! All my thoughts were swirling around saying ‘GET OUT!’ ‘HELP ME!’ ‘Someone please help me…’I asked myself ,Why am I here in this forest filled with disasters waiting to happen?’ To be honest I couldn’t answer! Why was I here? Why is this guy following me?

The Mouldy Hand by Ruby

I ran into the woods, the world whirling around me. I suddenly stopped, for as among the dead trees, was a figure of a house. I started running towards it, but then I stopped once more, because at night, this house was no ordinary house. Nobody knows why; but something told me I should get out of here. Why am I here, anyway? I knew this was a bad idea, but I was going to find out why this place was so creepy….

SNAP! The branches fell to the ground as I dodged towards the forbidden house. As I looked closer, cobwebby windows ran across the walls in terror. I peered at the door. It creaked, begging me to open its massive mouth. I refused, yet there was so many answers hidden inside it. Finally, I gave into the knowledge. Like a sneaky cat, I crept towards the door again. But as soon as I open its mouth, a mouldy hand hit my shoulder; I was too afraid to speak for the lord. Then, it spoke;

“Run, child. Run and never return”.

And that’s exactly what I did. I ran. Like the mouldy hand was doing to me. Chasing me. I’ve never spoke again. Ever since that MOULDY HAND haunted ME. What will happen if it does it again?….

A Walk in the Woods by Alan

It was just a normal Friday the 30th at 3 am. What could go wrong on a normal night? The moonlight shining into the forest was burning my eyes. Suddenly I saw a tall, thin figure hidden between the rusty, long trees.

“Who are you?” I asked the figure. I was scared about what he would do. I tried to go backwards but my legs could not walk because of my nerves. In the distance I saw an old, rusty, burnt house which I thought might be a safe place to hide. My heart was beating faster and faster like a jumping dog! The figure was coming closer and closer.

“No please no!” I screamed like a Year 1 girl….

A Walk in the Woods by Lonnie

It was Friday the 13th just after midnight. The trees were drooping and they looked sick. A clown shaped figure was in front of me. Suddenly the figure started walking towards me. Why did I go on this walk? “What are you? back off! “I struggled to say. The figure was carrying some sort of weapon, but I couldn’t make out what the weapon was. I dashed towards the house, now the figure was running towards me. Then I made out the weapon, it was a chainsaw, trickling with blood. I went inside the house and locked the door. “I’ve been expecting you,” someone said. I was not alone.

Walk in the Woods by Kornel

One minute before the Halloween full moon was reflecting off the dirty, rotten lake, the wolves started howling. The crooked trees were drooping in the mist and a lanky figure hid in between the old, wiggly looking trees.

Through the murky trees the figure was hiding like a ninja.

“What do you want from me!?”I shouted in tears, when the figure moved closer. I wished I could sprint away but if I moved a muscle I would be in a lot of trouble as he might chase me. I was frightened more than a mouse that was getting chased by a huge, thin cat with blood coming of his mouth. Bang! Bang! Bang! The sound loud of gun shots came closer, closer, closer and then….

It was Friday the 13th. It was darker than ever because the slender trees were blocking the moonlight. Menacingly, a pair of eyes glanced at me in the distance like headlights.

“Please don’t hurt meeee.” I whispered to the wolf suddenly the wolf started to chase me luckily I found a house a dusty run down house which I thought was safe. I was as scared as a mouse hiding from a cat. Why did I do this stupid dare. I saw something on the roof then suddenly CCCCCHHHHH! The sound came from above me…

A Walk in the Woods by Zack

A WALK IN THE WOODS

It was Friday the 13th and I had a dare to explore a dark forest that looked burnt down. It was roofed with dense branches and leaves so I didn’t see the full moon. Through the dark, gloomy forest I unexpectedly spotted an abandoned cabin in the distance or so I thought.

Between the trees I saw a tall, dark clown like figure “Spare me my life” I echoed. I ran towards the house in fear. I stood paralyzed in the unknown house. I was like a waxed out man. What could go wrong? BANG! CLASH! A person appeared in front of me.

“Did you knock!” shouted the dark figure.

Love is a Dangerous Thing by Laura

I was strolling around the forest at night as a dare from my cousin. All of a sudden my watch beeped. It was midnight. Then I saw that in the distance there was a light beaming from a window. It was as bright as daylight but still nothing was to be seen. There has been a scream of women many women

All of a sudden a man appeared from behind the trees and then he disappeared; I looked around me and their he was, staring into my soul. “Hello love are you lost? I’ll help you. Follow me sweet!” The man whispered in a ghostly way, which I recognised.

“O-o-ok-a-a-y.” I shivered but I wasn’t scared I was cold. I followed the man into the house, which looked old but was full of new furniture and not a piece of flooring was missing. Then the door closed behind me. The man lied; he did not help me. I wanted to run but before I knew it, I was locked in a dungeon. Then the light turned off it was as dark as space with no stars, no light. CRASH! A window smashed and pieces of glass cut through my skin. The man came running bandaging me up and muttering under his breath “brats.”    I didn’t know. Will he ever let me go? Or will he keep me alive?
